Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on all orders consisting of 4 or more different items.
(Not including NT and WA. Does not apply to equipment & stools.) - All parcels/packages are delivered by our courier service Australia wide. They are delivered by receipted delivery which will require a signature from you confirming receipt of these goods. Delivery cost is calculated and displayed on your order prior to your confirmation.
- We aim for Next Day Delivery to metropolitan areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. Delivery is 2 to 3 days for all other areas.
- We do not accept international orders through our website.
Pricing Policy
The prices advertised on Adam Dental website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and services tax). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns and Exchanges
- Change of Mind Returns: Please email us at service@thomsendetnal.com.au or call 0493 472 064 for authorisation. All returning products need to be authorised within 14 working days of the purchase. All returning products must be unopened and in its original unmarked packaging.
- NO RETURNS Products: Some high-demand items are marked as NO RETURNS to ensure fair share during times of shortages and limited supply – please choose carefully.
- Special Order Products: Any item classified as a Special Order cannot be returned or exchanged – please choose carefully.
- Faulty or Defective Products: Any products deemed faulty or defective, or is not of the description as advertised, please contact our customer service team within 14 working days of purchase on 0493 472 064 or email us at service@thomsendental.com.au for further instructions.
